Sunset photography at Cefn Sidan Sands located at Pembrey Country Park in Carmarthenshire West Wales. The sunset images I have captured here have been outstanding with views across to the Gower peninsular.

Cefn Sidan offers so much opportunity with its wide vista, which normally ends up with the sunsetting to the right and the moon rising to the left over the Gower. From oranges and reds  to blues and purples and pretty much everything in between.

With 8 miles of flat sands Cefn Sidan is one of the longest beaches in Wales and holds a blue flag status at the time of writing this post. Its so vast the RAF use it to train beach landings with C130 Hercules and the even larger AM400 Airbus!

Photographing sunsets got started for me on this beach, it was difficult as I had no clue what I was doing, but some friendly help from a local camera club and a lot of practice got me on the right track.
